Tire molds
Since 1985, we have been a specialist in milling tire molds with completely milled profiles on state-of-the-art 5-axis machining centers. This allows highest quality and tight tolerances. Inserted lamellas also in 3D complement the tire shape. Micro gaps between the segments represent an alternative to the conventional tire mold.

In our design and development department, we support you in the design and construction of your product. We create your NC programs, construct your equipment and, if you wish, we manufacture the first prototype parts and small series for you.
